How to Donate

Food, Personal Care Items, and Paper Products

The Andrew County Food Pantry always welcomes donations of food, personal care items, and paper products. While all donations are appreciated, community groups seeking a list of items to guide monthly mission projects might consider the following:

Suggested Food Pantry Donations

Grain

  • Pasta and rice side dishes
  • Canned pasta (e.g., Beefaroni, Lasagna, Spaghetti O’s)
  • Dry pasta and noodles
  • Boxed Macaroni and Cheese
  • Boxed or packaged potato dishes (e.g., scalloped, mashed)
  • Boxed Helper meals (e.g., tuna, chicken, hamburger)
  • Cold cereal
  • Pancake mix
  • Crackers
  • Bread

 

Protein

  • Canned meat (e.g., tuna, chicken, ham, beef)
  • Canned chili
  • Canned stew
  • Canned meat soups (with at least 9g of protein)
  • Peanut butter

 

Vegetables and Fruits

  • Canned vegetables
  • Canned fruit

 

 Miscellaneous

  • Condiments (e.g., ketchup, mustard, salad dressing, relish)
  • Pancake syrup
  • Jelly and jams
  • Cake mixes and icings

 

Personal and Household Items

  • Bath tissue
  • Paper towels
  • Tissues
  • Laundry and Dish Soap
  • Shampoo and conditioner
  • Deodorant

 

Special Focus Items

  • October: Stuffing, Canned pumpkin, Cranberry sauce, Gravy, Broth
  • November: Flour, Sugar, Baking powder, Powdered and brown sugar, Other baking supplies

Andrew County Ministries is an incorporated 501(c)(3) organization and therefore, all monetary donations are tax deductible. Monetary donations may be designated for a specific ACM-coordinated program or applied to general services provided by Andrew County Ministries and mailed to:
